Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with a father who was a builder and have years of hands-on experience as a homeowner, investor, landlord, and home renovator. That experience helps me look beyond the surface of a home and help my buyers evaluate its condition, improvements, location, potential, and overall value.
